i do not recognize any noise from the PSU right now, i will measure the temps as good as i can with an external temperature sensor to see how good or bad it is, what i can say is the air which comes out at the top isnt that hot under full load, so i think the air which is more or less pressed...

What i can tell right now from testing, i notice no big difference (1-3°C) in CPU and GPU temps with and without the side panels. so ventilation is fine, but i am working on a big update on the case for a all aluminum CNC produced case and there i will add an option for glass or vented metal...

So and here is the final update for now: Put all Parts together and made some Pics. I am working on the settings for my GPU and CPU and make some testing. Any Feedback? Thanks Marco

yeah FLUX will be the company name and the type/model for the this case is A01 (A=air), because i also plan to make a W01 (W=water) case for watercooling in the future, but the Chamber aspect is also very nice, i will think about it :) thanks

i am working on something like that, i rework the design now to make it even smaller and easier to assemble, it took me some time to assemble it and thats not for everyone. i can check it with a 3D model wenn i am done with the redesign.

no, its only 3mm, i will modify the plate where the mainboard is mounted and slide it to the front, so i have 4-5mm more space, for later i will adjust the mainboard-mounting-holes in the plate i will fix it on monday, so i have access to a workshop where i can do this

the target is to get under 200€, for now i am way above that, but with some optimizations and larger number of orders i hope i can fulfill my target.

Thank you very much. yes for now i will test how the temps will be if the fan from the PSU is in front of the CPU cooler, i can flip the PSU by 180° so the fan is in the front position. also it is possible to flip it only 90° an make a small cutout in the front for fresh air for the PSU.
