Update: i am leanining towards Thermaright AXP90-X47 Full Copper and replacing the fan on it with the Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM.

Ok I have taken off all the screws and there are 4 connections on the GPU (1 for each of the 3 fans and 1 attached to the case). 1) Will disconnecting all of these cause a problem? 2) Am I better attaching the 2 Noctua fans to the gpu or motherboard?
