I use a 6900 XT FE with 50mm thickness and the noise is good / pleasant. Ok, I capped the card at 200W and use <=1250rpm, but the 6900XT is still very fast. I don`t need more room in V3 for more card-thickness. There will always be very fast cards that are no thicker than 50mm, in my opinion...
