Yeah i buy it from a guy on site like craiglist) He made it by himself and had a unique layout. And now im happy to say i solved psu problem. 5v line was incorrectly soldered to wrong pin of induction. It cause overloading 5v line and shuts psu down. Thx to photos i found here with Geeek moded...

I'm try it tomorrow. I think there are 3 possible solutions. Check 3.3v signal cable and resolder it from blank cable to my modular bracket. Try to unsolder 5v and check psu stability. Check input capacitor by tester

Ok i know that. But why you need to cut pin from pico? Why no to solder pin simply? We just paralell the powers and 5v would be from supermicro permanently and go from pico then it turns on. The only explanation that comes to mind is that electricity could flow into the pico from another side...
