Not quite, earlier Sergii said that production was delayed by a few weeks, as you can see by the person I quoted before, batch 16 just shipped at the end of august, so Batch 17 isn't too far behind.

Not the manufacturer, but someone in earlier posts was able to get the manufacturer to make him a case with slightly different dimentions than normal, so you can probably ask Sergii if he can make the case slightly longer to accommodate the GPU.
