Hi everyone, I pretty much have my build figured out except for a couple of things. I have a rtx 2060 EVGA ko ultra, i5-9600k, and HDPlex 400w ac to dc and dc to atx in the case. The only problem with the build is that the measurements on the AC inlet seem to be off. It won't let me screw it...

I had the exact same problem with the revving when under 30%. I just barely returned my Gigabyte card because of that and the fact that it's insanely loud when operating above 50% fan speed. I can hear it when I'm playing Warzone, and it's so annoying. I'm gonna be replacing it with the EVGA Rtx...

I've tried adjusting the fan curve and the card is still super loud when playing games. It's so noticeable that I can hear it with my headphones on at a normal volume level. What fan curve do you recommend? If I have it at a lower fan speed, it might be quiet, but it might get closer to overheating
