Completed SFFtime presents: P-ATX v2 - 10 L case with improved ATX, AIO and 3-slot support!

You might want to weigh your build first. My build is 7KG. I am using the case in reverse but I was toying with the idea of wrapping paracord on the top or bottom grill. Issue for me is since I am using it reverse, It will be harder to wrap because of the riser standoffs being in the way.

Are the temperatures for Ryzen 3000 significantly bad. I saw this and saw the Hardware Canucks video where they even featured the same cooler I am using and their temperatures look fine haha

Results aren't great temperature remained the same when I changed to Thermalright's 140mm slim fan that has 120mm mounting. I also modified the Noctua L9 120mm adapter J-hack made. It ended up making more noise due to the size even at a lower 1300rpm

Discussion Ryzen 5 3000 Manual Overclocking

I see... Got it. I did not initially catch that this is what you meant. Thanks for clarifying :) Yeah I agree, but then even on stock I hit this temps then throttle and still see 1.4v spikes. I will keep my settings then and be more mindful

Discussion Ryzen 5 3000 Manual Overclocking

What I am trying to confirm is if there is a way to just throttle at 90c while on manual overclock. I know it hits 90 and over whatever I do on an ITX case. If I return to stock throttling will happen at 95c but I end up with unwanted 1.4v spikes. I know it runs hot. I know I have no other...

Discussion Ryzen 5 3000 Manual Overclocking

I have remounted my cooler multiple times with same results. I am not thinking my thermal paste is bad. I am using Hydronaut. Guess I should find an alternative? Regardless, my goal is to still thermal throttle at 90C with manual overclocking. Seems not possible I guess.

Discussion Ryzen 5 3000 Manual Overclocking

From what I understand this means that thermal throttling is not possible under manual overclocking? The reason I manual overclocked in the first place is because if I keep everything stock I can see that there are voltage spikes to 1.4v even if I use voltage offset my motherboard does not seem...

    Log RCC-eGPU1 | 3L SFF-sized DIY Thunderbolt 3 eGPU

Looks interesting. Worried about the longevity of the PSU if it will be a regular flex and left turned on always. Any plans for such a case? I understand that ATX spec'ed PSU's don't like being on unless there is load right?

Discussion Ryzen 5 3000 Manual Overclocking

I have recently build a Ryzen system. I have fully dialed in the manual overclocks I want. However, whether or not PBO is enabled or disabled. My processor is not thermal throttling. What is the proper way to ensure Relevant specs as follows: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 4.125Ghz @ 1.2v core 1.15v SoC...

Production M2426 - Evolution in Cable Management

Thanks for the fast response. All to ground then I assume? In that case, we can just find an unused ground pin from the 24pin and ground into it.

Production M2426 - Evolution in Cable Management

I do not understand the discussion around the sense pins. How will that affect me if I still power my GPU directly from the PSU and only use M2426 to replace the motherboard's 24pin? I think this becomes an even more relevant question seeing that the new Silverstone SX750 has a dedicated 4-pin...

    Prototype J-HACK PLUGin 200X

Thanks for checking! The sever power supplies can be wired to end up like external power bricks so all is good.

    Prototype J-HACK PLUGin 200X

Thanks for the response! I'll probably wait for this then than get a M2426. My reasoning is that I want to keep this long term and use it with other external power bricks in the future. I am confused as to what 5VSB and 12VSB is for. If the 200x will work with external power bricks then it...

Completed SFFtime presents: P-ATX v2 - 10 L case with improved ATX, AIO and 3-slot support!

Yeah! that setup is the dream setup at the moment! Thanks for that render. Thanks for the notes on the cooling. I am using a Thermal Grizzly which I thinly and evenly applied. Unfortunately I am unable to mount the cooler 90 degrees the mounting does not support it. I am running a constant...

Completed SFFtime presents: P-ATX v2 - 10 L case with improved ATX, AIO and 3-slot support!

Joining the bandwagon! Thanks to @riba2233 for accommodating my request! Now if I can find who has the other panda! I had wanted to run a 3080 with the EKWB Classic waterblock and build an "AIO" for the GPU using a 120mm radiator and an Eisbar LT dangling around as my pump. Based from my...
