GPU GPU randomly crashing in HDPLEX400W AC-DC + KMPKT Dynamo combo setup

I emailed Craig a while back asking about stock, and had a random build question. He got back to me quickly and offered all kinds of advice. He might have some ideas for you.

Is there a definitive 'best' mini itx AM4 board for Ryzen 2400g and beyond? (APU specific)

I'd like to add that I currently have the ASRock b450 and the VRM whines any time I do anything even remotely gpu centric. Sometimes it'll give a whine when scrolling in chrome. Swapped to a full fat 650w psu to test and it still does it unfortunately. I have a Gigabyte b450 on the way so I'll...

Is there a definitive 'best' mini itx AM4 board for Ryzen 2400g and beyond? (APU specific)

Just stumbled upon this video. In the video he says the MSI is the best for cpu, gigabyte is the best for APU builds. " BEST Mini-ITX AM4 MOTHERBOARDS MSI B450I Gaming Plus AC (Amazon) - http://geni.us/B7Hdcf Gigabyte B450I Aorus Pro WiFi (Newegg) - http://geni.us/MWoqlTv " NOTE: Those might be...

Even looking at recent reviews on Newegg/Amazon they say the same things, even after bios updates.

I haven't heard anything like that coming from mine. It's NF-A9x14 that came with the NH-L9a so it's slightly different than the standard NF-A9x14, higher rpm top end.

Cheap 2200g ITX build for Rocksmith 2014 - will it work?

It defaults to '64'/auto in bios, but when needed the system will give the igpu up to 2gb automatically. Many tests have been done and there is no difference specifying 2gb and using the auto mode. And @OP in terms of PSU 200w is PLENTY. I was running a 2400g in the InWin Chopin which has a...

Is there a definitive 'best' mini itx AM4 board for Ryzen 2400g and beyond? (APU specific)

Trying to figure out if there is 'best' board as the title says. I've read there's a board that has a 4+3 or 3+3 VRM setup. But all I've seen is X+2. I'm specifically talking about APU use, 2400g and the new 3000 series and beyond.

Is this theoretical or have you tested it? The L9a is only 114mm long, so the fan still extends passed the edge of the cooler.

Tested earlier and got about 4-5 degrees hotter on the CPU when pulling air down/in. All other sensors were within 1-2 degrees either way. Kind of a pain to swap the fan direction on the Blackridge or I would do more testing.

Pushing air out of the case, haven't tried in the other orientation yet.

Cryorig C7 Cu vs Black Ridge 120mm fan, which is better?

I just installed the Black Ridge on my Ryzen 2400g, put the Noctua A9-14pwm on it from my NH-L9a. The Black Ridge, with the A9, is a solid 10 degrees cooler than the L9a was. So those previous results have to be wrong.
