Yeah it's fine, the ones in stock now should be good ones. But if not, you can get it RMA'd for free.

Not prior to ordering. Shipping costs vary a lot lately due to COVID-19, but I think it was also mentioned that shipping costs are computed by the shopping platform and not under @Wahaha360's control.

@Gerold I went with the Blackridge specifically because it's a bit more versatile. You can put two fans on it for 2-slot GPU mode (with much better performance than a L9a), and 1 fan on it for 3-slot GPU (where I think it still has a slight edge). I'm using it on a 3800x and Asus B450-I, but...
