This is not the CU version, but the normal version. if it's Cu, it will have the words 全铜 which means full copper. The Cu version is here...

The +V line of the noctua fan was originally tied to the +5V line on the PSU. Just cut it and solder it to the any of the +12v supply line on the PSU.
