Possibly, was thinking of using Velcro or double sided tape to attach the HD PlEX AC-DC if the cable was not long enough to lay flat, the cable will be sticking out of the case I know and probably won’t look pretty but it’s the only option I can think of at the moment. Any ideas?

That's what i mean lol, using it instead of the DELL power brick but my concren was the cable length hence why i mentioned about if it was possible to attach nearer to the case

Any1 know if the MSI RTX 2070 mini fits inside the S4 Mini classic

Sorry i didn't realise i needed to be more specific having asked in the s4 mini (classic) thread. I'm talking about the MSI and Gigabyte models which need little to no mods to fit inside the case.

HDPLEX 400 and the 330w dell power brick should be capable of powering the new 2070 mini's, i'm using the (non k variant of the i7 7700 CPU) So my power draw isn't too high anyways

i just went ahead and delided the CPU, Temps dropped around 10 degrees which i'm more than happy with and thermal throttling is nonexistent now.

Plastic protection from the bottom of the heat sink? Checked multicore advancement and some games like battlefield, performance is dramatically decreased so turned it back on although temps did drop slightly
