just wanted to add that the reason why my fans were so so noisy is the copper shim i stuck between the noctura fan and gpu actually stopped the rear gpu fan from spinning. when one of the 3 fans stops, it causes the other 2 to throttle max speed to catch up. There was no issue as the noctura...

My new Ncase M1 build - see it here!

honestly as i recall i used the fan headers from the aio, but i could have used the m2 fan headers. i'm not 100% in my memory of this as there were so so many connections ;) Regardless they both do the job. fans spin at an optimal speed to keep the gpu ice cool and don't get loud at all. the...

Thanks! The AIO cables are no problem. They fit quite nicely in the gap with no stress or strain on the case.

More fans are always better. stacking a couple pull fans under the fans on the gpu forces cool air in, keeping it cool and preventing throttle (and extending life).

Sodium's fan headers? whats that? I tried plugging them in to the fan header on the gpu, but they wouldnt spin up, so i instead paired them off the kraken fan headers.

NCASE M1 V6 GPU Compatibility List

Just to add to this, i finished my build and i have images to prove my previous post: Please update notes as they are incorrect - the Asus ROG Strix OC 2080TI does indeed support space for the front panel connections. In fact it also supports enough room for 2 120mm/15mm noctura fans under the...

My new Ncase M1 build - see it here!

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zT97Mc For the record, the 2080 TI supports 2 15mm thick fans beneath and the front connectors CAN be left in as there is enough clearance. the kraken x52 can also support a 92mmx14mm noctura rear exhaust fan and a thick 5tb 2.5" hard drive in front as well. See pics.

temps are ice cold so far, however i've not adjusted my fan speeds yet. right now they are spinning at turbo stock, and it is super noisy. I have to read some tuts and make some tweaks here. I also am going to be able to fit a 14mm thick 92mm fan in the back as an exhaust. Looks like it will...

NCASE M1 V6 GPU Compatibility List

I just wanted to post that the front IO does work with the ASUS RTX 2080 Ti Strix OC 2080ti. It is a tight fit, but all fits just fine with a little cable management. In fact, i can also confirm that 2 noctura 120mm fans can fit under the strix card as well. It's like it was made for it. Zero...

Thank you! Just confirming, the fans are going to be intake, correct? I don't want to fight against my strix fans... especially as they are snug up against each other.

are you sure the 15mm noctura model will fit beneath a asus ROG strx 2080ti OC card? I've been studying pics of other builds and it looks like this is going to be very very tight... i picked up 2x to try, but i'm concerned that there won't be enough clearance.

Looking for a 4k blu-ray slot load slim drive for the ncase

Also, if i dont fit a dvd drive in there, can i fit a 2.5" hdd in there instead? and what is the max clearance? like would a double stack 4tb fit? And would i need a custom bracket if so? I dont plan on utilizing the space inside the case as i'm putting a asus rog strix 2080ti in there, and...
