Not sure why this is a surprise, your psu is genuine, the fan map is 3V till 480W loads. This, btw, is why your 12V noc will not spin from the fan header as Noctua startup duty cycle is about 55% (6.5V ish on a 12V Noc) I guess we need to advertise a bit more lol www.overtek.co.uk

Work out the dBA of a 40mm noctua running at 60% duty cycle, that's your noise level of enp7660b with noctua delivering power up to 450W loads

We can produce a custom cable, or you can simply cut off thoose 2 wires / pins. They are only 2 ground wires.
