It looks like this caps are polymer caps from Man Yue (X-Con brand, Hong Kong) http://www.manyue.com/standard/Man Yue_E_X-CON Catalogue16_ULR.pdf It makes sense because hdplex is from HK itself. It is not the best caps. So why is he so pleased? I mean your inner OCD sufferer :)
