This is interesting. But just for clarification, have you disabled core performance boost in the bios? Because that definitely helped me get in the 70's zone. Of course though, that won't let the cpu go past its clock speeds of 3.6ghz (stock speed). So does yours not go past 3.6ghz?

According to a video by Optimum Tech, the Asus x570 i Strix has VRM cooling better than most B550 boards. So shall I stick with my aorus x570 i pro wifi? Does VRM temperature have that much of an impact in this case? I ended up turning core performance boost off which made everything alot...

Guys, what's the best mini atx motherboard out there, or what are the options? Will the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VIII IMPACT even fit? It says its a mini DTX size. It's 8" x 6.7". I have the aorus pro wifi x570 at the moment. Just not entirely happy with it. Don't want a chipset fan on there preferably.
