I love the aesthetics of the B4-SFX, especially in White. If the White color scheme actually makes it to production, I'd be picking one up for sure. There are not enough premium ITX cases produced in White, normally it's only Black or Silver.
Ended up pulling the trigger on a sandwich model, how quick is shipping to the US (East Coast?) normally? Hoping to have it in time for Intel 13th gen launch, but with the shipping window being 10/01 - 10/15, and these being shipped from Taiwan.. I have a feeling I may be building on a test...
I still utilize a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 that was originally purchased for my Socket 775 Q6600 build back in 2008. Over a decade later and that thing is still usable with modern CPUs.
I usually agree with the fact that spending more money on higher end PC parts doesn't make your build...
The way I see it, USB can be used for audio devices and much more, but 3.5mm audio jacks can't be used for anything besides audio, so personally I'd rather have more front USB for the versatility. If you don't want a fancy audiophile-quality DAC, you don't have to spend a lot. Something like...
This.
I can't believe there are people who actually use front panel audio. It has been an inferior option on every computer case I've ever used, including my NCase M1 v5. Static, hissing, left channel cutting out, etc.
Plugging directly into the rear of the motherboard always got me better...
Yep, I completely forgot about that. I was also thinking high-end GPUs like the others.
You've reminded me that the RX6500XT is only PCIE 4.0 x4. I remember seeing reviewers criticizing AMD for that, because they released the 6500XT which is only PCIE x4, and also the Ryzen 5500 CPU which only...
If it's true that there is actually zero performance difference between PCIE 3.0 and 4.0, it's kind of insane to think about how many Ryzen users over the past few years dealt with issues getting a video output on their SFF systems due to PCIE 4.0 being the default and not working with their 3.0...
I love that top GPU, riserless layout.
Riser cable compatibility has proven to be anywhere from a huge PITA (see: PCIE 3.0 risers on Ryzen boards with PCIE 4.0 and no integrated graphics to get you into the bios switch modes) to an actual safety risk (see: NZXT H1 risers literally catching...
I absolutely LOVE that NCase M1 style front panel and that front I/O layout. This should be the perfect upgrade for my current NCase M1 v5, which I was thankfully able to extend my usage of with a small 2-fan EVGA 3060 Ti. I'm really craving a top-tier GPU for my next build though, so I hope...
Great to hear! Thanks for the reply. I will check the website at a later date and see if the shipping rates have improved at all. I likely won't be able to get my hands on a new GPU any time soon, so I can wait on upsizing my case as well.
Any plans to offer more affordable shipping? I was still considering an ZS-A4S V3 as my next case, but $40 shipping to the US is a bit hard to stomach.
In general a C14 would be more appealing to me, I prefer to keep everything as standard as possible. Imagine bringing your ZS build to a LAN event, but you forgot your special power cable. Good luck finding one of those. Meanwhile everyone is going to have an extra standard power cable.
I also...
No, it says "Micro ITX" right after "Micro ATX". It was meant to be a super basic demonstration that their cards can fit into any form factor (ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX), unlike the new Nvidia cards that are a lot larger than standard. They just messed up.
Yep, I caught that as well. When I saw the first few slides with ATX and Micro-ATX I thought "I doubt they'll even mention Mini-ITX..."
Then the next slide popped up with "Micro-ITX", and I just thought to myself "well, getting it incorrect is even worse than forgetting about it..."
