    Yes, it should definitely be considered for any cpu under 70W's especially where there are extreme size constraints. CPU's over 70W's seem to overwhelm it and temps easily rise making the cooler run at higher (audible) rpm's. But if you are willing to delid, it will work with much higher TDP...

    I have been using this cooler for a couple of weeks now. It's performance is on par with a stock intel cooler but it's about half the size, much more solid/rugged and almost silent at normal operating speeds, ~1,500 rpm. After about 2,000 rpm you can definitely hear it. I'm currently using it...
