    I was able to find footage of the bottom of the case and that is what appears to be happening. It’s definitely revision 2.0 now that I’ve looked around.

    What revision is that Velka 3 case? I noticed the most recent version has the Flex ATX PSU mounted to the top of the case and yours has it on the bottom, but the ventilation pattern doesn't match a lot of the older 1.1 models.
