I had a 980 Ti Poseidon pared with a 5820k on my last build, since the block was just a single copper channel through the center of the hot plate it didn't add any noticeable improvements to my loop, however I had 2 x 360 black ice radiators and a front mounted 420mm so it was probably overkill...
