Stalled DICE CASES - FLOW : expandable SFF case for watercooling enthusiast (built in distroplate)

Not sure I can add much about the pump not spinning. When I was leak testing the loop, I realised that I hadn't tightened the D5 bracket properly as air was escaping and I could hear it. After that I tightened it a fair bit and the pump seems to be spinning just fine. I am using the Alphacool...

So I have done some rudimentary testing using an OXO meat thermometer sitting in the distro (as I don't have a water temp sensor). Each benchmark was run around 3 times back to back and temps are from the final run (Cinebench was run using the multicore bench). Took a 30 min break between each...

Was curious as to what temperatures people are getting with their builds (and how they were running the various components). I am running a 3900x on the Asrock X570 Mini ITX with an EVGA RTX 2080 Super (using the Hydro Copper GPU block). I was running the fans (Noctua NF A12) @1000 rpm and...

One of mine just fell off too and its between the distro plate and the frame rail so can't screw down one of the four screws that holds the top. How are they attached - anyone know? Won't bother re-attaching mine as it would require the whole system to be dismantled.

Oh I should also mention that I had to cut the power cable and crimp an existing cable to it so it didn't dangle over the motherboard.

Good question. The PSU bracket is mounted on 4 brass standoffs so its lifted away from the backplate (I wanted to route / hide cables behind it). In terms of sequence, I mounted the bottom radiator, then motherboard, then PSU, then the top radiator, which was an absolute pain to screw in with...

Right. So I think I am almost done. Just to caveat this is my first liquid build ever so there are bound to be mistakes which I haven't spotted. Being a beginner it was an absolute pain to figure out the pipe routing and what connectors I needed. Am sure there are efficient ways of getting...

All working now. Used some non conductive washers under the motherboard mounting holes. Now to progress with the build.

Everything works fine together on the bench with no problems. @diceboii13 I will try and see if the standoffs are causing any issues. That’s the only thing I can think of at the moment. Will report back when I get to it.

Experiencing a slight problem and can’t figure it out. I removed my existing build from my Dancase A4 (which has been running for a few months) and moved it over to my new case just to visualise the new build before slapping waterblocks on to the CPU & GPU. Tried to boot it up and it switches...

My case (no.13) arrived today 🥳 Now to order the remaining parts and start the build. edit: it was nicely packed and no damage at all. The finish on it is great. Will post pics once I start the build.

Got my shipment notification yesterday. Be sure to check your junk mail folder. Only thing that has me worried is that the tracking website says the final destination is the United States. Assuming that is an error on the website - Don't think I can get from the UK to the US to pick up the case ?
