You should be okay, just takes a bit more time to route them, can't ever remembering having any issues when I had my front IO panel on. However, I changed it to the blank IO panel as I found myself not using them.

I'm wondering on if I will be able to use a kraken x52 or a Corsair h100i with the ROG Crosshair Impact VIII, whilst using the dimm.2 slot, I'm unsure on what the clearance would be and didn't want to take a plunge on the purchase if I'm going to run into clearance issues!

Is there a generic kit I can pick up to cover all bases or would I need to order specific custom cables?

UK Guys, if parcel is stuck at your local depot and you've received no customs charge notice, just ring 03448004466 and give them your tracking number and they will forward you the customs reference number, so you can pay online or over the phone! Customs only charged me £25.67.
