Take the motherboard out and reinstall... I don't believe it or the IO shield was installed correctly.

It may not have the best airflow but hardware choices are key.

My node 202 has a Evga 1080ti FTW with 2X120 fans blowing on the fan side. Its slightly loud but tops out at around 65C.
