Help on a Sliger SM560 Build

Yes it should all fit just fine. The SM560 is a great case! I would recommend you get both power cord options so you can fit a beefier GPU if upgrading down the line. The cable management is kinda tricky in this case to keep those PSU cables out of the fan. Personally, one exhaust fan has...

Going SFF has it's challenges for sure. I guess I got lucky in the silicon lottery.

True. Honestly, I am surprised at how low I was able to bring the voltage/temps down and keep it stable. I found the core boost/precision boost to be extremely annoying with the constant ramp up and down, even with custom fan curves, it was difficult to get it to STFU. I started with locking...

Thanks! 48c idle, 68c under full load, about 60c when gaming

Greetings everyone, I browse the site every now and then so I figured I'd show the build I did this past spring. It's a Sliger SM560 case with vented side panels that keep it cool and quiet. I am running the R5 3600 locked at 4.2Ghz on all cores on just 1.1V. I did replace the stock fan on...

Discussion I'm looking for a small case and this is my last resort

I have a SM560 with a MSI 2070 Super Gaming X and a 3.5 inch 4TB HDD, and it works fine, although I am not water cooling. I installed the HDD directly under the power supply and have a 120mm fan under the MB side set as exhaust. This setup is working great for me. OS is installed on a M.2 NvME...

    sliger gang?

Welcome to the forum. I'm in the same situation but looking to go to the smaller SM560 here soon. I too watch Optimum Tech and agree his content is awesome.

Cooling Cryorig C7 Cu w/Noctua Fan vs Noctua L9a w/25mm thick fan

Thanks for the link. I'd think that using a 25mm thick Noctua fan (not Redux), it would at least be a little quieter while moving more air at a given noise level. Granted I may not see a huge thermal difference becuase the heatsink is the same. Since I already have the Noctua cooler, I'll...

Cooling Cryorig C7 Cu w/Noctua Fan vs Noctua L9a w/25mm thick fan

Thanks for the info and I would try that out but I'm running Corsair's Vengeance RGB RAM so they are pretty tall at 51mm so I don't think I'll have the clearance for a 120mm fan in the SM560.

Cooling Cryorig C7 Cu w/Noctua Fan vs Noctua L9a w/25mm thick fan

Thanks for the link. Honestly, I think the 3600 idle temp is a little higher than some others. I'm currently using the NH-U12S on it and it idles at 45-55 C but under load only goes up to about 60-65 C. I previously used the low profile NH-L9A-AM4 and it idled around 55-60 C and up to about...

Cooling Cryorig C7 Cu w/Noctua Fan vs Noctua L9a w/25mm thick fan

Looking to move my current build into a Sliger SM560 here soon and curious if anyone has any experience with the following setups for CPU cooling: Setup 1: Cryorig C7 Cu but replace the stock fan with Noctua's slim 92mm fan (NF-A9x14) Setup 2: Noctua L9a-AM4 but replace stock fan with Noctua's...

Production Sliger SM550/560/570/580 (2 and 3 slot riser layouts, with air and liquid cooling variants)

Hello Everyone! I'm looking to move to a SM560 here soon but looking for someone who may already have some experience with thermals in this case. I'll be using all vented panels with air cooling. My main question is regarding static pressure versus airflow optimized fans and whether to use...
