Advice Optimum Tech - Ncase M1 Dual Radiator Clone with available parts

Optimus I had a 4 degree difference under a full stress test on my 3950x over my velocity. My only complaint about Optimus was the shipping to get it was about 3 months, but probably due to COVID.

I have not tried that pump, but I'm sure that if you lower the rpm for the pump, it should be quiet. The ddc310 is pretty quiet, I only hear it if it's like dead silent at night.

In my opinion, I think it's worth it. I had the slims and the a12x25 (these fans are crazy in noise and perfomance), and it made a good difference in my temps. Given I can run the fans at 1k rpm and still not hear it in idle. My system is a 3950x + 2080ti, so if you have anything lower specs...

Hello, Bottom: The TX240 would probably be the ideal waterblock to fit on the bottom, but you can fit a 29.6mm(black Ice nemesis). The gpu block that you will choose will also have a factor, I had to change to a thinner waterblock(bitspower) to be able to fit my TX240 with 25mm fans. If you...

Still one of my most favorite cases to this day. Should try making a pass through to the back! I put my pass through in the back, and it made it super easy to drain the system. Think the only thing that still a bit sketchy about my q37 build, is that the GPU terminal is like right at the glass...

However, a couple of questions: do I need a heatsink? You probably don't need a heatsink, but it does help last longer.. depending on where you place your computer. If you have it on top of your desk, you're probably fine without. Are there any other variants of this pump I can use? As far as...

    DAN C4-SFX

The more rectangular ones looks really nice, and looks better since it matches the bottom side more imo. Case is looking mighty fine though!

Likewise, the only thing I had trouble with is... if I left it at stock the voltage would try to hit 1.4 quite often (even with bios updates). I ended up just putting the cpu to 4.1 @ 1.25v, and temps are in control now. Is yours set a a certain voltage, or is it just running stock?

Razorback (NCASE M1 + AMD) Build log

Looking forward to seeing the finished build! I have quite a similar setup to what you have, but I went with the Iceman pump/res combo.

If you have a thin heatsink that touches the case, the temps are pretty good. If you put it on the back without one, it gets pretty toasty. I had a 970 evo and it went up to 80's. With the heatsink it stays in the mid 60s hitting 70s sometimes.
