What time will preorders open?

can anyone tell me how long the riser cable for this case is? Also, is it a straight socket or 90 degree socket? I ask because i intend to replace it with a PCI-E Gen 4 variant

Do we have any data on how fast the T1.0 sold out? Would we be able to use that as a rough idea of how fast the T1.1 will sell out or are there too many differences between the two sales to compare them directly like this?

This might have already been asked, but if this is a water cooling focused build, why have support for 3 slot graphics cards? is it an option because the space is already necessary for radiators to fit in?
