Thanks for the recommendations. I ultimately decided to go with my original idea with the Jonsbo V4 with possibly some modding for a handle and maybe a glass side panel. It seems like the airflow is good enough compared to the Jonsbo C2 (whose capabilities for airflow was pretty crap).

I have some hardware from my old gaming PC that I would like to recycle into a SFF PC that I can take with me on different LANs. I initially bought a Jonsbo C2, but it turns out that it only supports FlexATX and smaller. That was a big bummer for me since my build is using an 1156 socket...
