Will ECC memory work like normal memory if ecc is not yet implemented in the bios or it won't work at all?

None. A300 is not yet available in my country.

Does the board have SVM Mode (virtualization) out of the box? Couldn't find any info about it, neither from the images of the bios interface that I saw somewhere here in the forum (couldn't find them anymore). The option should be under advanced cpu settings.
