    Fanless Mini-ITX build

Akasa has just announced a mini STX version of their fanless Galileo case. https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/2-7l-fanless-stx-case-from-akasa-galileo-st.3653/ I don't think the heatsink on the case would be adequate for a 65W processor, since the mini ITX version of the Galileo can...

    Power Supply Asus H110T + HDPLEX 160W

Hi, Yes, that's exactly right, you can power the motherboard through the 2 pin molex connector using the HDPlex AC-DC adapter. You would then have to power the drives with a power cable that comes with the motherboard, which connects to a sata power connector on the motherboard. PSU...

Streacom FC8Alpha fanless build (and mini-review)

These cases work great for media PCs or HTPCs, but probably aren't the best for very demanding software. The HDPlex H1.S has better cooling performance and probably would not have reached the throttling point, even when stress testing. It's a smaller case as well.

    Fanless SFF with decent GPU

I think the HDPlex H5 is actually smaller in volume than the Supermicro/Calyos cube prototypes, larger footprint, but quite a bit shorter at 4 inches. The other option would be the Streacom DB4, but it's not made for passive GPU cooling and would require something like the HDPlex GPU cooler...

    Fanless Mini-ITX build

I would agree and recommend the HDPlex H1.S case. It does a better job than the Streacom case at dissipating heat. A 65W CPU will never reach it's maximum temperature, even if running Prime95 and FurMark simultaneously. Use a 35W CPU and you'll always have low temperatures even when stressed...
