Thanks for the reply. In this thread Dan has stated that "There is no black version of this cable." so I'm pretty confident I got screwed. As far as the USB port, V4.1 has a USB 3.2 gen2 Type-C V4.0 has a USB 3.1 gen2 Type-C To me they look the same. If anyone can tell the difference...

First Post! Hello, I just ebayed a Dan A4 V4.1 However I'm not sure if it's the correct version. THe box and sticker on the back says V4.1 but the riser cable is black, which makes me think that it is not an actual PCIe x16 Gen4 riser that is supposed to come with the V4.1. Am I correct in...
