I can't speak for shipping in the US but I ordered the 645LT from Overclockers UK and it was quite nice that everything you need is already in the box (fan, correct screws, thermal paste, ...). Also I didn't managed to get the fan working the the Corsair SF600 and stock cables so I bought a fan...

My case has been shipped on Friday aswell and has arrived today. I didn't pick it up yet though.
