I am using this realtek RTL9210B i bought from aliexpress and i connected it to 2021 Hp spectre x360 with Intel Iris xe and i71155g7 (13,3 Inch)

I tried to Build my own mini eGPU But it doesnt get detected as gpu only as Media Drive i connected the pcie to m.2 to TB3 Adapter and the Card Makes noises. So Could you help me here?maybe in bios?

It gets detected as a Drive D:/ but under device-Manager and under graphics cards is only the intern GPU

I tried an alternative solution with an PCIe to M.2 to Thunderbolt adapter (like seen on the picture) The Card and the fan are noisy but the Computer doesnt recognise the card. What can I do?
