All, I figured out the problem. I looked over everything and the Gelid PWM fan adaptor had a broken wire at the end of the plug! It was the Blue colored cable which turns out to be...for PWM! I managed to fix the cable and now everything is working just like Ziptar and Panda said. Thanks so much...
