Question about power usage and the HDPlex 200w DC-ATX + AC-DC units

Working on a small file server and I'm wonder if the the HDPlex 200w combination would be enough? Mostly spare parts, but so far the list is; Motherboard; ASUS STRIX Z390-i CPU; Intel i5-9400 RAM; Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 HDD; 4 x WD Red 8TB 5400 RPM SSD...

Welcome to SFF.Network. We're just getting started.

That works a lot better for me.

Securing NCASE side panels from theft

Your best bet would probably be to drill / tap the panels and use a typical security headed bolt. I looked at mine with the idea of possibly jamming the clips of the side panel through the top panel / bottom but it's next to impossible to get to the clips to do that. Granted, you could...

Faster OS for my celeron netbook

Androidx86 isn't worth the time of day imho. Just throw Linux ( Fedora or Ubuntu ) on it and call it good.

    The space inefficiency thread

Ok, grabbed a 2080. Definitely fills out the Thermaltake Core WP100 a lot better than the 1060 did. I think by the time I add the second pump / res for the second loop and upgrade the first res with a taller tube and redo a couple of lines for the "final" build it'll fill out nicely. Also...

    Standing/Adjustable Desks?

I have a plain old workbench as a desk. Keep it in a standing position and have modified my computer chair to be tall enough to sit at the desk when I want. Better quality wheels, taller drafting chair piston ( it's funny how tall it can go now ) and a foot ring. Best decision I ever made.

    The space inefficiency thread

Still waiting on a decent RTX2080 sale before I build in my 2nd loop for the GPU, but here's a small peek of the WP100. New Gigabyte Aorus Master in it instead of my ASUS Z390-i, which is back in the Inwin Chopin. May even add in a 140 rad on the rear just because... why not?

It is a pretty desk though.

    The space inefficiency thread

Alright then, time to get serious I see. Tonight I'll be shoving this little guy into the WP100. Also, update pictures to come in the next couple days. Little less inefficient. New ATX motherboard ( Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master ), rads came in as well as all my fittings, just waiting on my...

    The space inefficiency thread

The start of my madness. Thermaltake Core WP100 What's going in it Friday? 3x560(140x4) radiators, 1x420(140x3) radiator up front ( drive cages are coming out, just there for storage atm ). 16 Thermaltake Riing Plus 140mm fans, ek-xres 140 d5 pump/res combo and the cpu block will be an...

New revision of Ncase M1, when?

This thread covers two topics I wanted to bring up. USB C Front Panel Connector... It would be nice to have an upgrade option, but if it's too much hassle then maybe I'll just make a new front panel to do away with all front connections and just utilize an anti-vandal switch. Maybe that could...
