For 80fe/90fe this might be worth trying... basically just add a third fan to the middle of the card which normally gets no airflow. I think you get most of the benefit of the two fans but this might be quieter?

Just wanted to chime in to agree. Inverted classic layout does seem like the better layout to me. Foot height is not an issue and also GPU sag is less of a problem. The only issue I anticipate with inverted layout is that my cat will sit on top of the case and block the airflow :)

The EVGA 2060 KO has a PCB that is 190mm but the heatsink/fan adds another 10mm to the total length. Looks like you could cut off 5mm of it or so and have a workable card.

For folks with this card, how are the temps/fan noise? Does the fan turn off at idle? Thanks.

@JoShmo, What adapter are you using to connect your fans to the GPU? I have the Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ and this adapter but can't get it to spin any of my fans (tried a few different PWM fans to try to eliminate that as the problem). Also running a Hack btw!

Really excellent design. Flexibility is a big plus for me since I'd like to keep my cases for a long time. Heck I am still using an Ncase v1. I've been tempted many times to downsize to a sandwich style case but there's always been one too many limitations. This however, I can see working out...
