does it run fine when pushed? How silent is that? Also, I really do need this form factor to fit in the Velka case so noise is a concern for me since they tend to be noisier already. I might change the fan for a Noctua one at aome point as well if not silent enough.

Yeah. That's my worry. When you put a 2070 and a 9700 in it, 450w is very short to run it properly. I hope the guy can at least answer here. I don't mind the waiting that much but at least need to get an ETA or something or have the information.
