I doubt that entrants into the SFF market will immediately jump on a 200+ USD case...

I would like the case to be as small as possible but I would also not say that I would not buy it in any of the other configurations.

Just went back and looked at it. It indeed seems to be like you say. @dondan can you confirm that your current design still features the large motherboard cutout?

I do not understand your comments on the backside m.2 slot: The backside m.2 is always sandwhiched between the mobo and the mounting plate, in a single chamber design as well as a dual chamber.

Hi Dan, my opinion on the things you currently work on: slide in or push pin are both fine for me. Is magnetic attachment for the window kit safe? As we are talking a SFF case here, I suppose many people will want to travel with it so keep that in mind. The cover plate/cage sounds like a good...

I think Dan has decided to go with the same interior layout than the A4, so it's more of a dual chamber design.

I prefer the a4 style extension of the side panels but for me this is not what makes or breaks the case

I think it looks very nice. I am also fine with the top IO.

I think the difference for the m.2 drives is negligible. In both scenarios they are crammed behind the mobo and the tray without any airflow. I wonder if one could use a thermalpad to connect the m.2s to the frame and allow it to discipate the heat that way? would require small tolerances though.

I do like the layout from the A4 a bit more, looks cleaner, so this is good for me.

Interesting concept! But as you mentioned the percentage of people using 2 240mm rads might be quite small. So what about: keeping the 2 fans in the front and support only one 240 rad with attached fans. So people can have a 240mm cpu aio + 2 fans delivering air to a gpu, or the other way around!

Not a fan of the new design. Could be the style of the visualization, maybe a render will help. For me the new cases look really big. I would also vote for having those as a seperate line and going forward with the initial concept of the c4

This is exactly what I was thinking! Thank you for bringing an end to all the guessing!

I don't think so. Sure you can't do a a lot of overclocking, but you sure can do some (Probably like an all core overclock to the boost clock or a little more if you can manage to hold the voltage at a moderate level)! Also as Shasmeine said, AIOs are less prone to heat spikes and the fans...
