Got an Ncase M1 in the October delivery (great case), had a few QA issues, some scratches/burrs on panels. Emailed them the day received and have followed up twice over the last month and no reply whatsoever. Just wondering if anyone has had any post order support success with them? Thanks Matt

Ncase has arrived in NZ. Overall quality looks good, a few minor niggles. A small scratch on the top and a burr or two on panel ends/edges. The notches are there on the io panel but they are honestly unnoticeable, the scratch and burrs catch my eye more and are more annoying. @Necere is there...
