    My favorite option for the M1: get the 2070S of the AIB you trust the most and replace the cooler with the Accelero III with 2x120mm exhaust fans. Otherwise, I'd go with a 3 or 2.5 slot card. I don't think the 2 slot card + fans is a good solution in terms of cost, noise, and effectiveness.

    I think I considered this at one point too. If I remember correctly, the special sata connector on the Asrock H110 motherboards don't provide 12v, which is all that the riser uses. Check the motherboard manual to be sure, I think there's one on asrock's website.
