I've been talking with them over email, and I really don't need a replacement. I'm gonna try and fix it myself, and if I can't then its not a huge deal, IO shields aren't that important. I was more commenting to let them know that there might be problems with whoever they're shipping with.

Just got my SX stl but it had a dent so can't use an IO shield :(

How long does shipping normally take to the United States?
