I love this form factor. Wouldn't mind if they increased the length by another inch and so almost no space will be wasted with say a 240mm GPU.
If they make a consumer version of the B550D4ID-2L2T keeping the 10gBe but adding some audio, and usb ports I would buy it even if it was about $350.
Looks like I'm in the minority when I say a short and fat gpu is a super thing after discovering external psus.
In fact I would love to find a GPU cooler which has a 140mm heat sink and (single) fan. Minimized dead space in certain layouts
Eagerly waiting them. I agree with you on the pointlessness of ITX above 10L. For me the whole Idea and attraction of SFF is to have the least amount of empty space with reasonable enough cooling. Found it kinda pointless that the NR200 can't officially support Matx given it's huge size.
I'm...
I'm definitely interested in a a review/build of MILI M105. Seems to be one the smallest Matx cases but I can't seem to find enough info on it. The only reason why I personally want to go Matx over ITX is because I would like to hook up a 10gbe network card without losing out on a M.2 slot...
Thanks,
do you think it would help at all if I were to use it in sort of a push-pull configuration? I.E. Use the L12S as intended but add a 140 or even a 120mm FAN on top. This was I'm still saving 20mm over a C14S with the fan under the heatsink.
As the title says.
Has anyone tried a Noctua L12S with a 140mm fan strapped on top? (And or without a 120mm slim fan underneath)
I'm trying to find the best compromise for a build/case that I am planning and would like to use a 5900/5950x with Air Cooling. Ideally I would have used a Noctua...
