The NH L9a; as far as I'm aware that's the only heatsink that will fit in the VK-3. I currently have overclock disabled in mine, what about yours?

I was debating this myself - my build is almost identical - but I waited until it was finished to see how thermals were. My Ryzen 3600 runs around 60C under (actual) heavy load, maxed around ~70C in Prime95 benchmark... switching to "Quiet" cooling profile on my motherboard showed negligible...

Nevermind, finally got that to work. My last problem is a slight flex in the chassis which makes the M3 screws too short for the side panels. I might have to call it a day and stop by a hardware store tomorrow to search for some screws.

I ended up getting the proper flex-ATX unit on Amazon; there appeared to be other issues with the unit. Has anyone completed a VK-3 build yet? I have another dilemma with how tight the tolerance is with fitting cables in and around the case, haven't been able to close it completely yet so far...

Unbelievably frustrated right now - I'm using a FSP400-60FGGBA flex ATX for the PSU and it turns out one of the corner notches on the 8-pin is square instead of notched - it won't connect to my 2060 mini. I was led to believe this unit would be compatible, has anyone encountered this problem...

First post. I was looking at the install manual for the VK-3... Given that you're demonstrating a rear-mounted NVMe slot on the diagrams, these types of motherboards appear safe - but are they actually functional as opposed to just not interfering with the riser cable installation? No plans...
