The heatsink itself at 45.5mm will fit but it will be passively cooled. With a 120mm slim fan on top of it at 62.7mm, it's too tall for Dan A4-SFX unless you will leave the side panel off.

A friend of mine used to have a couple of that fan and told me that the bearings used in that fan are a bit noisy.

Noctua NH-L9i (for Intel) or NH-L9a (for AMD). If the Cryorig C7 fits, the Noctua NH-L9 will surely fit with is 37mm height.
