After all these years of ordering from them I never had one problem and I guess I got very lucky buying two OB motherboards in a row as both are just fine. Looks like I will have to be very careful in the future dealing with them.
I have bought what was sold as new from other places before and found they had be opened and likely used or obviously used but it was always local stores and I just returned the items and made sure the replacements were factory sealed.
